Participation in the program is subject to review and discretionary approval by VerificaBet. Registration does not guarantee approval. VerificaBet may approve, reject, or revoke access at any time without the need for prior justification.

11.2 Partner Obligations

Upon approval, the partner agrees to:

  • Use the widget exclusively on the site declared at registration
  • Not modify, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate the widget's operation
  • Not use the widget to convey false, misleading information, or information that contradicts the data displayed by VerificaBet
  • Not display the widget in contexts that encourage, promote, or facilitate access to unauthorized operators
  • Not commercialize, sublicense, or transfer the access credential (API key) to third parties
  • Keep the access credential secure and immediately notify VerificaBet in case of compromise

11.3 Usage Limits

Widget use is subject to per-minute request limits as defined at approval. VerificaBet reserves the right to adjust these limits by communicating with the partner.

11.4 Customization

The partner may customize the widget's visual parameters (colors) within the options provided by VerificaBet. Changing visual identity, logos, texts, or any element that undermines VerificaBet's institutional integrity is not allowed.

11.5 Suspension and Revocation

Partner access may be suspended or revoked in the following non-exhaustive situations:

  • Violation of any obligation described in this section
  • Use of the widget on a domain other than the one declared at registration or not previously authorized
  • Discretionary decision by VerificaBet, communicated by email to the partner with at least 7 days' notice, except in cases of serious violation, in which revocation may be immediate

11.6 Partner Responsibility

The partner is fully responsible for its use of the widget on its site, including editorial context, compliance with applicable laws in its jurisdiction, and any end-user complaints arising from its own content.

VerificaBet is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from partner use of the widget.

11.7 Program Termination

VerificaBet reserves the right to terminate the partner program at any time, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

12. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent court of the legal domicile of the party responsible for the site.
